UPDATE: TSA On The Ropes; Budget Slashed, Texas Grope Ban Returns
Video of an incident recorded over the memorial weekend at Sky Harbor International in Phoenix, AZ, documents how the TSA deal with people who are traumatized by grossly invasive enhanced pat downs.
After a woman refused to go through a full body scanner she was pulled aside and made to undergo the pat down procedure. When the TSA agent touched the woman’s breasts, she broke down into tears and screamed for a police officer.
When police officers arrived on the scene they led the woman away and told her that unless she would submit to the full pat down procedure she would not be able to fly.
“Why won’t you help me? You’re a police officer why won’t you help me?” the woman asks in the video.
All the while the woman’s son was filming the ordeal on his phone, having to constantly fend off threats from TSA agents falsely claiming he was breaking the law. The agents also threatened to confiscate the man’s luggage, even though he had been through the screening process.

The family was previously subjected to similar scrutiny from the TSA at Sky Harbor earlier in the year, prompting them to voice protest over violation of their Constitutional rights.

TSA Groping Has Always Been Illegal
There shouldn’t even be a debate as to whether or not TSA workers can stick their hands down your pants or fondle a woman’s breasts. Not even a police officer or an FBI agent can legally lay a hand on you unless it’s in the course of an arrest. Though welcomed, there isn’t even any need for a law to be passed in Texas, all state police have to do is enforce existing laws.
As Steve Wagstaffe, the District Attorney in San Mateo County, told Alex Jones last year, merely touching someone against their will is a felony in California, just as it is in Texas and across the country.
“If it is skin to skin, if someone were to take their hand and put it underneath somebody’s blouse and touch someone inappropriately and go skin to skin, that’s a felony, and if it’s done simply over the clothing, according to California law, that’s a misdemeanor,” said Wagstaffe.
If police merely did their job and enforced existing laws by arresting TSA agents who molest Americans, whether that be in airports, at train stations, highways, bus terminals, prom nights or wherever else TSA workers are used, then there would be no need for new legislation.

Two prime examples of just how deficient in thinking these TSA robots and the lackey airport policemen are:
Video 1: the TSA “supervisor” says you can’t film him without his permission…however, one of my gropers can stick their hands in your pants or feel up your breasts without your permission! If you don’t like it, take a bus, rent a car, maybe hitchhike, or for that matter you can walk.
Video 2: after the cameraman says the F word the lackey cop tells him that he could arrest him for breaching the peace, that he might offend somebody!!! Uh, officer, I’m just trying to get to my next business appointment or enjoy myself on a vacation and you’re telling me that I have to have my piece offended by some low wage high school dropout dressed up in an official looking costume who hides his passion for molestation behind the color of law while enjoying a feeling of superiority over others just to get on the airplane? Something tells me officer that you have misplaced your priorities. That motto – Protect and Serve – means the people, not the government. Also, the last I checked, it seems to me that you took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, not bogus un-Constitutional laws designed to undermine and diminish the Constitution.

When you are arrested, you are “Read your Rights” thats because those are the only rights you have from that point on.
If you lose some of your rights, you must be told you lost them. By someone who has the authority to take them away, like an officer of the law (not a tsa) or a judge.
Ie: If you call your private property “A security facility” you cannot strip someone of their rights if they are simply on your property. You are not an officer, and are not making an arrest (or search w/ probable cause)

The blame lands squarely with the POTUS, members of congress, state reps, local law enforcement, and the bureaucrats of the TSA who all allow these abuses to continue, and the TSA agents themselves for following illegal orders (oath or no oath).
Continuing to point out the vile nature of these searches, and their role in allowing it to continue, should shame them into using the tools at their disposal to put a stop to this practice or to be voted out of office.
TSA employees who willingly sexually assault passengers are just as complicit as their employers. Charges should be filed against them, and they should be shunned by their peers.

Day after day we see headlines about some police officer tazering an elderly citizen for asking a question, or throwing the occupant of a wheelchair to the ground to prove that he is handicapped… or killing a veteran for having a gun in his own home. And still we say, “Yes, sir” to the police and skulk away in fear, instead of saying, “Don’t do that to this person!”
Day after day we see headlines about what a potential criminal/terrorist — someone to be suspected regardless of their actions — is the person who cites the U.S. Constitution to affirm their rights, or likes a certain political candidate, or has served his or her country in the military, or just wants to be left alone by “the system”, or has the audacity to disagree with the current administration — or who asks for acknowledgement of the truth instead of ridicule on a point of fact. I have been to a number of countries in Europe so I cannot speak about the process in all countries but I have only been asked for ID at ports of entry. Whenever I have dealt with local police (admitted not too often), I have never been asked to show my ‘papers’. It’s just not the job of the officer on the street. All of the countries that I have been to rely on the national agencies to worry about your citizenship/visitor status.
I have a number of friends coming over to visit and I would be embarrassed to have a local police officer stop them and ask them to show their papers. Although even in Arizona they probably wouldn’t have that problem because they are European and not Hispanic.

I suspect that a lot of the folks who visit this website, after reading about another and another and another TSA abuse case, are thinking in terms of wouldn’t it be great if someone who had the balls and the know-how rounded up a posse of a few guys who were trained enough to pull it off … ex military, perhaps … selected a particularly egregious TSA punk, tracked him down after his shift, administered a well laid on ass kicking, and let him loose with some form of serious humiliation … for instance, turn the guy loose, blind folded and handcuffed, and otherwise totally naked, except for a big sign painted on his chest … “TSA MOLESTER” … something of that nature.
Yeah, it would sure feel good to read about something like that. I doubt that too many people reading such a story would feel all that sorry for the groper that got the beat down. If it was a hit, the media would pick up on it and hype the story about the poor widow and young children left behind, and how the guy was just doing his job. But a well laid on ass kicking and some humiliation after the fact, I suspect that most folks would secretly chuckle and figure the guy had it coming. But what then???????????
Then would come the aftermath … the TSA-holes would then be armed, just like regular oinksters … tazers, pepper spray of tear gas, a 9mm semi auto service weapon, a tonfu stick, and perhaps one of those huge flashlights that serve as a clubbing device. And of course, as per what is already planned, you will see them everywhere … malls, stadiums, train and bus stations, running checkpoints on highways, and even the local WallyWorld.

I have thought more about this. The TSA is working by a set of rules that our politically correct society thinks provides equal protection. I don’t like it…you don’t like it. The point to my first comment is that this lady set this scenario up and now everyone is actually feeling that she was violated. What a joke. Personally, I am willing to take my chances with any screening or no screening. People get killed all the time and like an anchovy in a school of anchovies I am willing to take the chance that it will not happen to me. I just object to people running with an obvious setup instead of having an intelligent discussion on the issue.

For myself I can live with the TSA setting up a database of frequent flyers who can be trusted and then they can make a judgement as to which dangerous looking types to check out. I am actually fine with that.

My consternation was that so many people attack the TSA employees when the actual problem is our political correctness of the current system. Re-read what I wrote. I don’t think I advocated anything. The people in the blog obviously are just acting out because this lady gave them the chance to do it. That is ignorant. MY read of the majority of comments is that they want no pat downs or xrays or whatever, unless of course it is done to people other then themselves. By the way, I wonder if you go through life using derogatory comments and directing them towards people who have an opinion that you do not agree with someone else. If so, you will be very unhappy. Video 1: the TSA “supervisor” says you can’t film him without his permission…however, one of my gropers can stick their hands in your pants or feel up your breasts without your permission! If you don’t like it, take a bus, rent a car, maybe hitchhike, or for that matter you can walk.
Video 2: after the cameraman says the F word the lackey cop tells him that he could arrest him for breaching the peace, that he might offend somebody!!! Uh, officer, I’m just trying to get to my next business appointment or enjoy myself on a vacation and you’re telling me that I have to have my piece offended by some low wage high school dropout dressed up in an official looking costume who hides his passion for molestation behind the color of law while enjoying a feeling of superiority over others just to get on the airplane? Something tells me officer that you have misplaced your priorities. That motto – Protect and Serve – means the people, not the government. Also, the last I checked, it seems to me that you took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, not bogus un-Constitutional laws designed to undermine and diminish the Constitution.

Doesn’t matter in the end, Global Grist. Over the next few months the economy will slowly tank to levels never seen. You see it already with these corrections in the stock market, low numbers from the manuf. sector, low wages, continual housing market crash, dissing our allies, etc. It’s my prediction that within 6-8 months we will be in an all out civil revolt that could turn to a civil war. We already had riots by young people on the east coast last week– unemployed young people because there are no jobs for them… and if there were, guess what? Everything is 25-30% more expensive and wages are 10-15% lower than 2 years ago.
Yeah. It’s coming. Only an idiot doesn’t see it.

If your neighbor is a TSA agent, post their personal info. Let us know where they live. There is a simple, easy, guarantee-to-work method of stopping them IN THEIR TRACKS COLD… just “ACORN” their house. These TSA agents are regular working folks who like to molest people, I’m sure they’ll get the picture. Has anyone put any thought into this?

June 3rd, 2011 at 2:25 am It is better to fight these battles in the courts. It is dangerous and futile to try to fight the screening process at the airport:
1) You create a terrorist’s dream diversion by causing a scene in the security area. These individuals have pulled the direct attention of what looks like half the staff in each of these locations. And the agents who are not directly involved are equally distracted by people screaming about a situation that they obviously knew about before they even left their house.
2) In America, laws are tested and interpreted through the courts. Simply shouting your own interpretation of the law will not change a policy or the law. It’s like setting a fire and trying to avoid arrest by yelling that arson is not in the constitution.
It’s not that I’m in favor of pat downs but it takes a group of true idiots to put themselves in the position of receiving a pat down twice and trying to change the policy by complaining about it ‘on youtube’. Right next to the video of a cat playing piano. That’ll show ‘em!

This crap is staged. What son would calmly stand by filming his mother allegedly being “molested” by TSA? If that happened for real, TSA would have to take both of us away because I would be kicking some serious ass or at least trying to. Not calmly standing by filming the whole ordeal. Seems that TSA, the airport security and the federal government would have put up a big sign at the entrances like is posted at all Military Installations which basically state if you want entry to the secured area you are subject to search by the TSA. So, if someone doesn’t want to be searched then they don’t have to fly, they can take a bus, a car, or walk. They can even hire their own airplane to fly them.

I mean they were all up in the cops face about it yet the police never asked him to stop. I think that says volumes. Then in the 2nd video clip the cops got smart; again they never asked him to stop filming. Instead, this time they asked him to leave the area, that TSA agents did not want him there. They threatened to arrest him not for filming but for tresspassing if he didnt leave. So see they can always find away to violate your rights and get what they want. The good news is that just like all the Nazi police got what they had coming, so to will these morons! Soon they and their families will find themselves viloated by the same government they are helping against us now.

2. they will tell you either go away or you have no choice.
3. do not consent but comply with their orders.
Get names. badge numbers. time place. witnesses.
4. take your documented crime (sexual assult) to a
notory public and have them notorize your complaint.
Most people don’t know the power of a notory. Look it up.

This CHILD who took this video says that the TSA is like Nazi Germany wouldn’t know a Nazi if he sat on his face! As far as calling for a police officer and expecting them respond or protect you from the assault, it is the amazing to me that Americans don’t yet know they have to Constitutional right to police protection. Self protection against assault, attack, robbery, or any other crime against you or your property is provided in the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution adopted on December 15, 1791. It states,

Clearly then, it is the “people’s” right to protect and defend themselves from attack from any source, including the government. This women and her son have a legal right under the Constitution of the United States to carry a weapon concealed or not and to use it in order to defend themselves against this assault by the Lumpen Proletariat TSA agents.
