DEATH BY GOVERNMENT: GENOCIDE AND MASS MURDER

DEATH BY GOVERNMENT: GENOCIDE AND MASS MURDER
All told, governments killed more than 262 million people in the 20th century outside of wars, according to University of Hawaii political science professor R.J. Rummel. Just to give perspective on this incredible murder by government, if all these bodies were laid head to toe, with the average height being 5', then they would circle the earth ten times. Also, this democide murdered 6 times more people than died in combat in all the foreign and internal wars of the century. Finally, given popular estimates of the dead in a major nuclear war, this total democide is as though such a war did occur, but with its dead spread over a century

Why do Dr. only talk about taking drugs? Something you will probably never hear your Dr. talk about the Health Benefits Of Magnesium

Health Benefits Of Magnesium

The crucial health benefits of magnesium include solving or preventing osteoporosis, heart attacks, hypertenstion, constipation, migraines, leg cramps, kidney stones, gallstones and more. Magnesium is an essential part of the alternative health approaches of alternative medicine.

Magnesium for Bones
One of the health benefits of magnesium is strong bones. A study on magnesium for bones, published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, focused on teen girls whose daily dietary intake of magnesium was less than 220 milligrams. Half of them got a placebo; the other half got 300 milligrams of magnesium oxide for a year. At the end of the study, the girls who took magnesium had significantly higher bone mineral content, especially in the hips, than at the beginning of the study.

Always check with your doctor before trying anything you read here. Everyone is different, and what might be good for some people might be bad for you, considering your medical history and medications.
Health professionals are trying to educate the public about the health benefits of magnesium. According to Dr. Nan Kathryn Fuchs, who publishes the Women's Health Letter newsletter, it's not more calcium you need for stong bones; it's magnesium. Although the government has raised the RDA for calcium from 500 milligrams to 1,000 milligrams a day, and U.S. women have one of the highest levels of calcium intake in the world, osteoporosis has gone up instead of down. Fuchs (no relation to this writer) says that the problem isn't too little calcium but too much. In order to be absorbed, she says, calcium must be taken with magnesium, yet experts estimate that most American women are deficient in magnesium.
What happens to that unabsorbed calcium? It gets stuck in your muscles, where it can cause cramps and even fibromyalgia; it gets stuck in your joints, where it can cause arthritis; it gets stuck in your kidneys, where it can form kidney stones; it gets stuck in your arteries, where it causes the plaque that contributes to heart disease.

You should take twice as much magnesium as calcium, says Dr. Fuchs, because the health benefits of magnesium include:

  • Reversing osteoporosis, slowing down and even reversing bone loss. In one study, gynecologist Guy Abraham gave a reversed calcium to magnesium formula to several hundred older women, resulting in increasing their bone density by an average of 11 percent.
  • Preventing heart attacks, because it keeps calcium from building up in your arteries and it helps maintain a regular heartbeat. While too much calcium causes the heart muscles to contract too much, which may cause heart attack, magnesium causes muscles to relax. That's why the prescription drugs known as calcium channel blockers are so popular; they prevent calcium from entering your heart. The American Heart Journal calls magnesium "nature's calcium channel blocker."
  • Relieving migraines, insomnia and depression. Health benefits of magnesium also include relief of PMS, high blood pressure, backache, constipation, kidney stones and chronic fatigue, says Fuchs. It even fights some food cravings, such as the PMS symptom of chocolate craving. Seems PMS is caused by low levels of magnesium, and cocoa is rich in magnesium.

    Magnesium for Constipation
Easing constipation is one of the health benefits of magnesium. If your body has too little calcium and magnesium, you may have inadequate peristalsis, which is that automatic pushing you feel, those automatic contractions that happen during a bowel movement. Peristalsis moves food through the large intestine, so if you are deficient in calcium and magnesium, this function may slow or stop, causing constipation.

    Magnesium for Kidney Stones
It has long been known (Harvard research, decades ago) that taking magnesium along with vitamin B6 significantly reduces the formation of calcium oxalate kidney stones. Jonathan Wright, M.D., recommends 300 milligrams of magnesium citrate and 100 milligrams of vitamin B6, daily.

    Magnesium For Preventing Gallstones
A study of 42,000 men found that magnesium may help prevent gallstones. The study subjects who got at least 453 milligrams of magnesium a day had a 30 percent lower risk of developing gallstones than those in the study who got only 262 mg of magnesium.

Magnesium as Treatment for Heart Attack
Intravenous magnesium, when given as soon as possible after a heart attack, decreases death rate, says Julian Whitaker, M.D. In a British study, 2000 heart attack victims had either IV magnesium sulfate or a saline solution within 24 hours of a heart attack. Patients who got the magnesium had 24 percent fewer deaths. One to five years later, the cardiovascular death rate was 21 percent lower in those who had the IV magnesium.

    Magnesium for Migraine Headaches
Health benefits of magnesium include relieving migraines. To stop a migraine headache, take a relatively rapid intravenous injection of magnesium and vitamin B6. Find a doctor who offers this treatment by contacting ACAM at 800-532-3688 or at their Web site, acam.org. Supplementation with magnesium (200 milligrams daily) and Vitamin B6 (200 milligrams daily) also helps.

    Magnesium for Asthma Treatment
Health benefits of magnesium include relaxing the airways, acting as a bronchodilator for asthma. Even if epinephrine and steroids don't work, intravenous magnesium can work. The majority of emergency room doctors know about the research supporting IV magnesium for asthma attacks, but a 2006 survey showed only 2.5 percent of patients seen for acute attacks were given IV magnesium.

    Diabetes Research on Magnesium
Diabetes education on the health benefits of magnesium often neglect to include it in diabetes information. Here is what you should know about diabetes and magnesium: Swedish scientists reviewed studies on magnesium and risk of diabetes and found that for every 100 milligrams of increase in magnesium daily intake, there was a 15 percent decrease in the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. If you already have diabetes, you probably know that high blood sugar increases urination, which can result in urinating way vital vitamins and minerals, including magnesium. Unfortunately, magnesium deficiency makes controlling blood sugar more difficult and also increases risk of diabetic complications. Studies show that individuals with magnesium deficiency are the most likely to have severe diabetic retinopathy.

    Magnesium for Leg Cramps
A combination of magnesium, calcium, potassium and vitamin E can stop leg cramps. You can find a doctor who offers medical advice on this by contacting ACAM at 800-532-3688 or at their Web site, acam.org.

    Magnesium for Strong Muscles
Health benefits of magnesium include strong muscles as well as strong bones. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that magnesium helps keep muscles strong. The study, done at the University of Palermo in Italy, investigated the connection between sarcopenia, which is loss of muscle mass, and magnesium deficiency. The researches measured serum levels of magnesium in the 1,138 volunteers and did tests on muscle strength and function. The result? A strong link between magnesium levels and muscle strength. The volunteers with higher levels of magnesium had stronger handgrips, more power in their lower legs, and were able to extend their knees and ankles with more force.

Magnesium for High Blood Pressure and Hypertension
Among the health benefits of magnesium may be the regulation of blood pressure. Most hypertension is caused by mineral deficiencies, according to Robert J. Rowen, M.D. He recommends potassium and magnesium aspartate, about 100 milligrams each, one to three times daily. (NOT for people with kidney disease, he says.) Rowen cites a study of 104 subjects with mild to moderate hypertension. Half the group received 30 mmol/day of postassium aspartate orally, while the control group received nothing. In the control group, there was no change. In the potassium aspartate group, there were significant reductions in blood pressure.
Rowen also says that magnesium may be important to regulating blood pressure. He refers to the DASH study (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension), a human clinical trial. Results indicated that high blood pressure can be significantly reduced by increasing fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy foods in the diet. Eating more of these foods would increase magnesium, potassium and calcim in the diet, while lowering sodium and fat.
In another study of 30,000 U.S. male health professionals, results showed a lower risk of hypertension with an increase in foods that provide magnesium, potassium and dietary fiber.
Sources Franzoni F., G. Santoro, et al. "Antihypertensive Effect of Oral Potassium Aspartate Supplementation in Mild to Moderate Arterial Hypertension," Biomed Pharmacother, 2005;59:25-29, as seen in Health Dispatches and Late-Breaking Cures. by Robert Rowen, M.D.
One of the reasons that magnesium lowers blood pressure, says Julian Whitaker, M.D., is that it relaxes the smoothe muscles that dilate the arteries. A 2009 Korean study found that those in the study who took 300 milligrams of magnesium a day for three months had significant reduction in blood pressure readings compared to those who took a placebo. Systolic/diastolic pressures fell 17.1/6.7 mmHg for those who took magnesium and only 3.4/0.8 in the placebo group. Whitaker also says that a "meta-analysis" of 20 clinical trials showed that for each 240 milligrams of magnesium taken, subjects blood pressure dropeed by an average of 4.3/2.3 mmHg.

    Magnesium For Urinary Urge Incontinence
Here's a surprising revelation among the health benefits of magnesium: Women with urinary urge incontinence (also called overactive bladder) may benefit from taking magnesium supplements. In a study reported in Family Practice News (February 1, 2003), 60 women with overactive bladder were divided into two groups, one receiving a placebo and the other group receiving 350 milligrams of magnesium hydroxide daily for one month. Twelve of the 30 in the magnesium group reported improvement in their overactive bladder in one month, along with significantly fewer incidents of urge incontinence, less frequency of urination, and fewer times of being waked at night to urinate. As relatively small amounts of supplemental magnesium effectively relieved urge incontinence in the new study, it is likely that suboptimal dietary magnesium intake is one of the causes of this disorder.

    Foods High in Magnesium
To enjoy the health benefits of magnesium, consume good dietary sources of magnesium, which include nuts (especially almonds), whole grains, wheat germ, fish, and green leafy vegetables. Approximately 80% of the magnesium is lost when whole grains are refined to white flour. Processed foods typically are low in this mineral, and as many as three-quarters of Americans consume less than the Recommended Dietary Allowance for magnesium.
Too Much of a Good Thing?
There are more health benefits of magnesium, and I will be adding them to this page. Magnesium is inexpensive and generally safe, although people with kidney failure should be closely monitored by their doctors while taking magnesium supplements.
Magnesium has hundreds of known functions in the body and is absolutely essential to good health. In doses too large for your body, however, it does have the side effect of pushing the contents of your intestines through your body faster than normal, which can result in loose stools or even diarrhea. So, you could be taking magnesium for its good effects but fail to absorb it because it's moving through too quickly for absorption. Most people can tolerate 200 to 600 milligrams of magnesium daily. If you start having the bowel problems described, cut back.

    Magnesium Deficiency Accelerates Aging
Here's another reason to focus on the health benefits of magnesium: A study released in April 2008 indicates that magnesium deficiency accelerates aging. Magnesium is essential for healthy muscles, nerves, bones and normal heart rhythm. Lack of magnesium increases risk of cardiovascular problems, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, and some cancers.
Unfortunately, studies have shown that more than half the U.S. population is magnesium deficient, due to poor diet.
Researchers at Children's Hospital Oakland Reserarch Institute in California found that with magnesium deficiency, cells age quicker and this may contribute to "long-term chronic disease." It's possible that magnesium deficient cells reserve their energy for essential life functions at the expense of long-term functions.
The researchers lament that there is no easy way to tell if you are lacking magnesium. "You could be moderately deficient for a long time and not know it," said one of the researchers.
More information on health benefits of magnesium and possible supplementation is given above. And be sure to include foods rich in magnesium, which include nuts (especially almonds), whole grains, beans, spinach, and other green vegetables. Read the entire article.
Note: If you want to try intravenous magnesium for any of its applications listed above and can't get it locally, contact the Whitaker Wellness Institute at (800) 488-1500.

Are Dr giving aids to children in Africa?

Massive Assault Against the Children

http://www.defenceweb.co.za/images/stories/JOINT/JOINT_NEW/Somalia/Somali_mother_refugee_400.jpg
What doctor would vaccinate the above child?
The medical charity, Doctors Without Borders (MSF – Medecins Sans Frontieres), launched a mass vaccination against measles on the 18th of August 2011 at a refugee camp in southern Ethiopia hosting Somalis. The vaccination program is targeting children under 15. Many if not all of the Somali refugees also suffer from malnutrition reported aid agencies. “Malnutrition is very high,” said MSF emergency coordinator Guillem Perez. A drought in the Horn of Africa has left some 12 million people facing starvation.
What is wrong with this story? Seems like a normal enough thing to do—go into a refugee camp and vaccinate everyone. But there was a time, when doctors were doctors, that they would not vaccine children when their immune systems were compromised by the flu or even a bad cold. Certainly no doctor in his right mind would vaccinate if their patients had a high fever or any serious acute situation going on.
Now, why was it that prudent doctors used to take some precautions before vaccinating children? Any doctor worth his weight in salt knows that vaccines put stress on the body’s physiology and that is why some children die quickly after being vaccinated. Usually side effects are not fatal but they do indeed damage the nervous and other systems.
No pediatrician would inject lead into children but most of them have no compunction regarding injecting mercury, another heavy metal that is 100 times more toxic than lead. Today’s doctor has thrown all caution to the wind when it comes to pediatric care and that is why I wrote my Humane Pediatrics book. Pediatricians have literally lost all sense of right and wrong; they have lost their souls, living as they with ironclad haughty self-images. Behind those lily-white images they can literally do anything to children and still sleep at night.
According to Dr. Mohammed Al-Bayati, “Damage to the immune system is rapidly reversible after removal of the true insulting agent or treatment of the true causes.” A healthy immune system is a function of a healthy life and one of its greatest repressors is malnutrition and starvation. “Atrophy in the lymphoid tissue in people suffering from malnutrition has been known since 1925. Malnutrition causes severe atrophy in the thymus and lymphoid organs and impairs the function of the T-cells. These changes are reversible by feeding. The size of the thymus in malnourished children increased from 20% of normal to 107% of normal following nine weeks of feeding,” reports Al-Bayati.
Vaccines Reduce Natural Immunity
image
This T-cell (blue) is one of the immune system’s principal means of defense.
An old medical acquaintance of mine, Dr. Harold E. Buttram, wrote many years ago about a little-noted letter to the editor in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1984 about an interesting German study. In the study, a significant though temporary drop of T-helper lymphocytes was found in 11 healthy adults following routine tetanus booster vaccinations. “Special concern rests in the fact that, in 4 of the subjects, the T-helper lymphocytes fell to levels seen in active AIDS patients. The implications of this study are enormous. In regards to this German study, if this was the result of a single vaccine in healthy adults, it is sobering to think of the possible consequences of multiple vaccines (18 vaccines within the first six months of life at latest count) given to infants with their immature and vulnerable immune systems,” wrote Buttram.
The New England Journal of Medicine study showed that tetanus vaccines cause T-cell ratios to drop below normal, with the greatest decrease after two weeks. Though the altered ratios were found to be similar to those found in AIDS victims, the important information from this study has never seen the light of day. “I consider it one of the most flagrant examples of negligence in the area of safety testing in childhood vaccines, the fact that this study has never been repeated,” wrote Buttram.
One of the main functions of the T-helper cell is to augment or potentiate immune responses by the secretion of specialized factors that activate other white blood cells to fight off infection. Then we have specialized T-cells that are important in directly killing certain tumor cells, viral-infected cells and sometimes parasites. Some of these T-cells are called natural killer (NK) cells and they directly attack and kill cancers such as melanomas, lymphomas and viral-infected cells, most notably herpes and cytomegalovirus-infected cells
World Health Organization & One World Government
Ron Hera tells us that, “Globalization, which reflects the agendas of large multinational corporations, has had the effect of alienating the citizens of Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States from their own governments. National governments are increasingly accountable to international bodies while elected officials are increasingly accountable to large multinational corporations. Since globalization is the agenda of the largest corporations in every country, leaders in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States almost universally support it.”
As globalization progresses, it leaves in its wake reduced individual rights, unaccountable leadership, illegitimate governments and the potential for violent oppression .In the medical area, through the unquestioned authority of the World Health Organization, a one world government has already come to pass.
The Australian Vaccination Network is telling us how this one-world domination paradigm is setting down in their beloved country. “The Australian government has just instituted a requirement for all parents to bring their child into a GP for a health assessment. Compliance with this requirement will determine whether you do or you don’t get the family allowance. Letters are going out to parents this week—some have already been received. Vaccination is a big part of this requirement and it is not impossible that doctors will deem unvaccinated children to be ‘at risk’ with an intervention such as forced vaccination or removal from families for these kids.”
It’s a profound irony that the positive vision of a unified, global human collective is one of harmonious, peaceful cooperation, without warring nation states. Irony because in reality we have rich elites and their selected minions lording over the rest of us telling us exactly what we can and cannot do.

Big Brother Bloomberg: NYC mayor wants red light cameras -- on every corner...

Mayor Bloomberg pushes for traffic light cameras 'on every corner'

Red-light cameras monitor the traffic at the corner of Second Ave. and E. 42nd St.
Mayor Bloomberg wants to blanket the city with red light cameras - and maybe even publish the names of scofflaws who blow through intersections.
"I think we should have 'em on every corner if we could," the mayor said of the controversial cameras that trigger tickets to drivers caught running red lights.
"If people didn't go through red lights, you'd save a lot of lives of elderly and kids," Hizzoner told reporters Monday during a press conference.
Bloomberg was responding to a Daily News report on the $52 million in fines the city issued last year to drivers caught by cameras - really a $55 million haul with penalties included.
Bloomberg wants Albany to increase the number of cameras permitted on city streets to 225, up from the current 150.
A bill to hike the number of cameras passed the state Senate in June, but stalled in the Democratic-controlled Assembly.
The city is allowed to put up as many cameras as it wants but needs state approval to fine drivers for the related infractions.
The mayor mused that the city could put up the cameras - then try to embarrass the rule-breakers.
"Maybe what we should do is do it and start publishing in the paper who does it and then a list of the senators and assemblymen who keep us from having cameras \[that can levy fines\]," the mayor suggested.
"Every time there's somebody hit, it would be nice to say 'Ok, assemblyman and senator so-and-so didn't think that person's life \[was important\] ... This is our lives of our people we're talking about! This is not something cute and we've got to do something about it."
Bloomberg said he would also support speed cameras to catch drivers going too fast - a proposal that's the subject of an Assembly bill but has not yet been introduced in the Senate.
"We cannot afford to put a cop on every corner," Bloomberg said. "We're going to have to do more with technology."

Obama sets record: $4,247,000,000,000 debt in just 945 days...

New national debt data: It's growing about $3 million a minute, even during his vacation

Obama Reid Pelosi happy, file
Swallow all liquids in your mouth before reading any further.
Updated numbers for the national debt are just out: It's now $14,639,000,000,000.
When Barack Obama took the oath of office twice on Jan. 20, 2009, CBS' amazing number cruncher Mark Knoller reports, the national debt was $10,626,000,000,000.
That means the debt that our federal government owes a whole lot of somebodies including China has increased $4,247,000,000,000 in just 945 days. That's the fastest increase under any president ever.
Remember the day the Democrat promised to close the embarrassing Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility within one year? That day the national debt increased $4,247,000,000. And each day since that the facility hasn't been closed.
Same for the day in 2009 when Obama flew all the way out to Denver to sign the $787 billion stimulus bill that was going to hold national unemployment beneath 8% instead of the 9.1% we got today anyway? Another $4,247,000,000 that day. And every day since, even Obama golfing and vacation days.
Same sum for the day Obama flew Air Force One nearly four hours roundtrip to Columbus, Ohio for a 10-minute speech about how well the stimulus was working in the politically crucial Buckeye state. Ohio's unemployment rate just jumped to 9% from 8.8% anyway.Obama stops his tour bus to Eat some Ice Cream in Iowa 8-16-11
Or last week's three-day Midwestern tour in the president's new $1.1 million Death Star bus? National debt went up $16,988,000,000 while he rode around speaking and buying ice cream cones.
Numbers with that many digits are hard to grasp, even for a Harvard head. So, let's put it another way:
One billion seconds ago Bill Clinton was nearing the end of his two terms and George W. Bush's baseball collection was still on the shelves in the Austin governor's office.
The nation's debt increased $4.9 trillion under President Bush too, btw. But it took him 2,648 days to do it. Obama will surpass that sum during this term.
Now, how to portray a trillion, or 1,000 billions. One trillion seconds ago much of North America was still covered by ice sheets hundreds of feet thick. And the land was dotted by only a few dozen Starbuck's.
Obama is saying yes, we can get control of the national debt. But ominously every time he says that he adds that trillions of dollars in infrastructure repairs are badly needed across the country. And with interest rates so low, according to the thinking on Obama's planet, now is an excellent time to borrow even more money.
So, it looks like not too long before Americans learn what comes after 1,000 trillions.
It's quadrillion. But for Bernanke's sake, please don't tell anyone in Washington.
