No-Fly Zone Over Texas?

First there were US "no-fly zones" in Iraq and Libya. Now, as all empires tend to do, punishment for defying the dictates of DC is not limited to bearded brown-skinned foreigners anymore; another aspect of the American Empire has made its way home.
The Justice Department is now threatening that it will cancel all flights out of Texas if the state legislature passes a law banning TSA agents from molesting innocent people without probable cause.
Will the Regime declare war and send in the Marines if Texas approves their anti-TSA bill? I can see it now. "The Governor must go!" Caesar will declare to roaring applause, those backward hicks need to be "liberated." We will stand down when they stand up. Freedom. Democracy. Flags wave.
Hyperbole? Texans know all too well that it's happened before.
