you know the guy was actually correct, under the Constitutional Law of the united States of America. If you research, you will find that "admiralty law and maritime law" which pertains only to the sea's and commerce, and crimes upon the sea's, but the lawyers who invaded our congress rewrote the laws to cater to the british rule of law, in order to gain access to American's wealth. This has been perpetrated on the American people from birth, starting with the issue of a birth certificate, binding the baby to the corporation of the United States, as some sort of employee so they could tax the baby when said baby makes money decades after the fact. It is a contract, forced onto the unknowing baby, putting the baby under british tax rule. Is this so hard to understand? And all the money Americans pay every year of their life, where does it go, well not here to pay for better roads, thats what gas tax is for. The fact is, your tax payment goes to a foreign entity, to pay for a bankrupt corporation called the United States, and those payments do nothing but pay for interest on loaned money, printed out of thin air, with no valuable substance to back it. Its a scam, and you keep funding it with your ignorance (unknowing). Time to wake up and take a stand. If you are born on this land called the United States of America, you have inalienable rights that no government, lobby, organization, court, or human can take away from you, unless you volunteer and allow said rights to be taken. And therein lies the scam, as you provide your signature on a "registration, permit, traffic ticket, tax form, you "volunteer" your unknown commitment to the admiralty/maritime (law of the sea) jurisdiction, and then you are screwed. I ask you to research this, read the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and use common sense to weigh it against the law that is forced upon US. Educate yourself, you might just profit from it!!
