Those who were asking what the “international community” planned to do in response to the escalating global crisis surrounding the nuclear plant in Fukushima now have their answer – bomb Libya. As if the world wasn’t experiencing enough turmoil and devastation, another illegal war of aggression has been launched in a volatile region, couched in the retching Orwellian doublespeak of ‘no fly zones’ and ‘humanitarian’ rhetoric.

Colonel Gaddafi’s announcement of a cease fire today will probably do little to abate the clear plan of military conquest for which Libya has been targeted by the globalists.

What’s particularly odious about the whole disgusting spectacle is the sight of the neo-liberal left, the same people who vigorously opposed the occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq, acting as cheerleaders for a war sold on the justification of Gaddafi’s actions over the course of the last month, completely oblivious to the fact that the US military-industrial complex has been trying to oust Gaddafi for the best part of three decades.

The CIA and British MI6, with the gracious help of Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda, oversaw repeated attempts to assassinate Gaddafi and incite armed rebellion throughout Libya from the 1980′s onwards. Now that their latest attempt to overthrow Gaddafi through supporting of many of the same rebel groups, as well as former Gaddafi henchmen like Mustafa Abd-Al-Jali, has all but completely failed, in steps the United Nations to give the green light and in doing so co-opt the obedience of the American left.

The rebels’ failure to blaze a trail for the permanent installation of US military bases and control over 46 billion barrels plus of oil reserves has mandated the imposition of a “no fly zone,” which of course means that no one will be able to fly over Libya, except obviously British, French and American warplanes that will be dropping bombs on brown kids like there’s no tomorrow. “No fly zone”? Orwell rolls in his grave.

Neo-libs everywhere are rejoicing. Remember – war is evil unless it’s sprinkled with the magic pixie dust of UN endorsement and “humanitarian” rhetoric, in which case the dead bodies, the terror, and the screaming children shitting their pants are all worth it. The fact that Libya is the richest oil nation on the entire African continent is a mere coincidence. Go back to sleep – basketball is on the television. Soon you’ll be able to crack open a 6 pack and enjoy the air strikes like you would a Dwyane Wade slam dunk.

Despite the fact that top neo-cons from the latest incarnation of PNAC, the Foreign Policy Initiative, demanded Obama launch air strikes on Libya immediately, liberals who raged against the PNAC-driven doctrine of pre-emptive warfare for a decade are today smug in their delusion that bombs dropped with the UN’s blessing don’t cause the same carnage.

Let us not forget that the repulsive Hillary Clinton publicly stated that the United States was supporting rebel groups last month, and that British SAS, as well as French and American Special Forces, were on the ground in Libya weeks ago. From the very beginning, this had nothing to do with “humanitarian concerns” and everything to do with removing the leader of Africa’s richest oil country by any means necessary.

Equally revolting is the figure of Barack Obama – the “peace candidate” – who spent the best part of a week obsessing over basketball picks while Fukushima burned, before bothering to offer up a pathetically meaningless speech that contributed virtually nothing other than to insult Americans for buying potassium iodide pills. But the ultimate globalist sock puppet house slave certainly made enough room in his busy schedule to obey orders and send US fighter jets hurtling towards North Africa on yet another mission of terror and bloodshed.

As we precisely predicted before Obama even took office back in November 2008,“Obama may eventually withdraw a portion of troops from Iraq, but mark our words, they won’t be home long before they are sent off to bomb another broken-backed third world country, this time in the name of a United Nations-backed “humanitarian” war, just as Bill Clinton presided over in Somalia and Serbia with the full support of the establishment political left.”

Of course, as Congressman Ron Paul makes clear, Obama has directly violated his oath to protect and uphold the constitution by sanctioning the air strikes. “Congress sits by, as usual, pretending that Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution does not exist,” Paul told the House yesterday. “According to this long-ignored section, ‘‘The Congress shall have Power To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water.”

While the countries that will lead the war – Britain and America – are virtually bankrupt as their populations are told to pay higher taxes, suffer crippling austerity measures and tolerate soaring food prices, billions more pounds and dollars will need to be added to the debt burden in order to properly destroy and cripple Libyan infrastructure, before giving corporations like Halliburton huge no bid contracts to rebuild the country.

What cannot be rebuilt are the lives that will be terminated by the shrieking terror of fighter jets and incendiary bombs, as wanton slaughter is packaged in the glossy lie of “humanitarianism” by the establishment media.

The notion that an administration which has aggressively accelerated drone attacks in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Yemen that have killed 90% innocents has suddenly developed a conscience for human suffering is a putrid fallacy.

When predator drones murder hundreds of innocent people every year, it’s called unfortunate collateral damage, but when Gaddafi does the same using weapons he purchased from British and American arms manufacturers, it’s an international humanitarian crisis that demands a UN response.

But that contradiction doesn’t matter when you can rely on the castrated corporate media and government PR firms to invent dastardly tales of brutality – Iraqi incubator babies, Serbian concentration camps – whatever bullshit they think we’ll swallow will be carefully contrived and cultivated for mass public consumption in order to make this into a “good” war that we can all feel self-satisfied in supporting.

It sounds like these stories are almost moot now that Gaddafi has declared his little cease fire and is ready to play nice again. However, if we go in anyway, with no active hostilities in Libya, it’s an outright act of war and violation of sovereignty, whether the world is rooting it on or not.
Obama had better be VERY careful with this crap. The way things are going and the hole he’s digging America into could find the world rooting others on in ‘intervention’ toward US. Sovereignty will surely mean a hell of a lot to US then, won’t it?

To a point, I’d agree but that is only true to a point. Obama has the full authority and control of the United States President and any permission he asks to a level above elected government leaves him with very wide latitude.
By the way… It’s an interesting point you lead to. If Obama isn’t responsible for this nightmare, then I guess Bush and Cheney were entirely innocent too. They were just following orders under that logic and had no personal initiative or decision making authority in two failed wars, right? Sorry, I’m not buying. Bush was a bastard and Darth Cheney ended the lives and futures of 10′s of thousands of young American men and women. (Check the WOUNDED figures sometime….the low loss of life won’t look good anymore) Obama is NO LESS guilty at this point in his term and has no more excuse than either of them did.
We normally get along with the topics Mark, so it’s with reluctancy I disagree so strongly, but Obama is getting us into something I believe with every fiber of my being will have HUGE ramifications and in a round about way, will lead to countless deaths in the long term. We;re at a final crossroads to which path our future will take. One path will lead us beyond the last chance we had to stop a cataclysym we oursleves have laid all the ground work for. The other path could see the world coming together (as much as possible) and working together. Japan and the Middle East flame out have given us this LAST CHANCE. Obama just crapped all over it and push us down the wrong path, with an Aircraft Carrier.

I have no political affiliation with any party and have never ever voted in any election, local, state or national. Of coures Bush and Chaney and even Clnton were all rubber stamped by the Bilderberg Group, The do what they are told and if they don’t they get the Kennedy treatment.
The danger with Obama is that he actually believes in Pan Marxism and always has. He was recruited and trained by CIA mentors at a very early age. He is the closer on the NWO domination plan. unlawful orders. I am war veteran. I have two sons in the Army and a niece
in the navy. I know and have many friends in the U.S. military. There might be
a few hold outs that love trouble, but the smart money says you should look out
for Federal Marshalls, State Troopers, Swatt Teams, Local Cops and Deputy Sherriffs
dressed up in riot gear to look like military soldiers. The last time anything close to
the military killing civilians was the Natioal Guard at kent State, may-1970, and that brought all hell upon the earth.

- rebels are minority in Libya – Gaddafi has much wider support

Yeah well it won’t go on forever, There was another nation that just couldn’t stop invading other nations and making war in all directions and it, also did it for years. It had justifications and it had rationalizations for each one. The world finally got tired of it as a collective group (those powers with the ability, anyway). Together the world stomped this upstart and tore itself apart in the process, but it did it. That nation, for anyone who hasn’t guessed, was Germany from about 1935 to 1945.
Don’t make any comparison to the Nazi idealogoy, that isn’t my point AT ALL. However, the world didn’t care much about the ideology at the time, either. Parts of Nazi philosophy weren’t even unpopular in nations like the United States in the 30′s. So, that is really a 100% moot point in context of the times. However, the military adventurism was only tolerated to a certain point before everyone else recognized the need to put an end to it with force.
Obama sure isn’t helping break the historic cause and effect pattern we seem to be repeating.

We have a large segment of society that may be functionally illiterate, but also lack the ability to reason. They demand hand outs and electronic gadgets. I’m afraid you could be right about the Apocalypse. No matter how closely it’s following Scripture Obama claims to know, he just can’t seem to get out from under fulfilling it. Despite the fact America is not mentioned in the Bible, and that’s been a mystery to scholars, I think we’re proving instrumental in setting the world wide conditions that make the rest of prophecy possible. Perhaps that is our role in all this as Americans and why North America doesn’t rate mention. We’re simply stage hands setting the props in place so the big name actors can come and perform.

I’m hardly religious but it is certainly interesting from a purely pragmatic view, how many events of the last 50-75 years were apparently ‘foretold’. Not only that they would happen, but the sequence in which they would. The more it’s looked into, the harder it is to ignore. The Bible is just one of the sources, although the most detailed.

I have followed Steve Quale for years. He is way out there on his investigations, but lately I beleive more and more of his reports.
It is a good thing that everybody hasn’t read his reports and heard him speak or the world would be in a panic.
His most bizzare report is on the Nethalium giants thata roamed the earth thousands of years ago. Skeletons don’t lie. The evidence is clear, but are these giants really underground in laboratories bound by copper shackles and cuffs??? I really would not doubt that the Military Industrial Complex would delight in such research, but who knows for sure.

Interesting report. Seems hard to imagine so many soldiers sitting around waiting for the kill order to come down. It has some plausible aspects such as using shipping containers as modified barracks and plenty of generators, as that would be necessary. Logistics would be the problem with supplying so many men and vehicles so far from home. There would have to be some make shift airbase in the area to make this more believable… since for some reason the trucker didn’t think to take any pictures with a camera phone.

Well I’m not trying to imply I think the concept is ludicrous, as it does sound like something the NWO wants to do. My only concern is we see these reports pop up over the years and yet no one can find us one picture. We have more evidence for aliens, bigfoot and Obama’s birth certificate then we do for this story being true. This is something tangible, why aren’t even Mexican citizens picturing or filming it? Surely something would emerge.

Dragon, when I was an athiest it frustrated me to no end that where ever I went a Christian was there. I refused to go to church and I never cracked a bible. Now that He has me I wouldn’t want life any other way. And, guess what He does, he plunks me in around masses of non-believers. Why because He loves people lik you Dragon.
It is not about religion, I am not a frequent church goer, but, I do now know His word. And, until you experience what it is like to let Him live within you and through you, you will never know what a christian is speaking about, and you will find it hard to understand His word. But, if you ever do you will truly know a friend whom will never forsake you, and who will stick closer than a brother.

Dragon’s is right on this. Making sense of what Revelations says and means is a lot easier when also taking in older beliefs and versions of the same thing. The Bible is just one a few sources that cover many of the same things from different perspectives.
It’s all symbolism. These texts might all point to something…or be totally unrelated to current events and refer to something a thousand years in the future.

To understand that book takes a great deal of time and wisdom. Setting that aside, it does not detract from the rest of the message. Don’t worry if you cannot understand it, we have thousands of pastors in this country that fumble their way through it and can’t even comprehend that the 7 year tribulation they keeping foretelling about isn’t told. It causes more confusion than any other book, so being last is a good thing as you’ll never understand it without reading the rest of the story.
