Billionaire investor George Soros has once again cited China’s dictatorship as the model for the rest of the world in a speech at an elite gathering in Europe.

Soros told the exclusive Travellers Club, that “China’s model of state capitalism, in which the interests of the individual are subordinated to those of the government, poses a danger if its example becomes“the envy of the world.”

“Perfect order and global governance are not realistic expectations.” Soros was reported to have said at the elite gentleman’s meeting in Paris.

“However, it is a sad fact that Western democracies provide less successful leadership than China.” he continued.

Soros is clearly imagining a world in which freedom has all but vanished, given that he believes anyone in Europe or the US could ever envy life in China.

Soros has repeatedly stated that he sees China as the model for a new financial world order, replacing the U.S., slowing economic growth and reducing living standards.

Soros has characterized the United States as a drag on the global economy because of the declining dollar, adding that a new global currency is required in the form of IMF special drawing rights – paper bonds printed by the global regulatory body.

He has also described gold as “the ultimate bubble”, advising against investing in it, whileprivately doubling his own gold holdings.

Soros is on a speaking tour of Europe promoting the European Council on Foreign Relations, which advocates a move toward global financial regulation and further integration within the European Union. He was a founding member of the elite globalist group.

“The world does need order, and that order needs maintenance.” Soros further told the Traveller’s Club. “The idea that markets can correct their excesses turned out to be false.” he said in an open attack on the free market.

Soros also spoke of a need for Europe to defend it’s single currency and re-order its financial structure “across borders”. He said the EU should be granted the power to “supervise and protect the banking system”, and “also to guarantee banks that become insolvent”.

Soros pointed to a difficulty in seeing this brand of economic globalism come to fruition, because of increased resistance.

“The authors of the euro knew that it was an incomplete construction,” Soros said. “They could be confident that when deficiencies became apparent, the political will would be there to overcome them. Now, political will is difficult to summon.” he said.

   All of that just sounds like reverse speak contradictory gobbledegook which is probably deliberate to distract and confuse everyone.

   Phew ! Thats a relief or its reverse speak which is contradictory because SoreAss is promoting and advocating IMF SDRs which is global governance as the IMF are in the words of the article “a global regulatory body”
   A complete contradiction or he is suffering from dementia.

   It turned out to be false because the market was not allowed to correct itself as there is no such thing as a free market as it is owned and monopolised and manipulated by the likes of SoreAss to their own advantage.

   Gold in principle should not ever be an investment bubble but twith the likes of gold being hoarded by the likes of SoreAss and the gold market being manipulated by the likes of SoreAss means that it could potentially be an bad investment if the likes of SoreAss decide to announce and dump a load of gold back onto the market at any time which means all of the smalltime investors of gold will lose out in a very big way.
   This could easily happen as a means to bankrupt everyone even more than they are already when a few days later they will buy up the gold again for much less than they paid for it which means they will potentially end up holding even more gold than they do already as the small time investors may panic sell their gold.
   Nothing is a safe investment anymore thanks to SoreAss etc etc.

   They certainly did know it was incomplete construction and an interim to global governance.
   I hadnt realised that the political will was difficult to summon as i hadnt noticed this where i am at so i dont know if anyone else has noticed this ? as its not the situation in the UK and the US but its interesting how the GBP seems to have escaped being completley sabotaged and in any case i know that certain interests within the UK will make sure that the UK doesnt adopt the Euro.

    I could understand him from the viewpoint that when the Chinese decide to do something long term (decades ahead), they go ahead and do it. It’s true, we’re messing up our own economies and environments pandering to corporate short-term profits, while China takes advantage of our every mistake, and the ways things are going, our countries will have everyone living in makeshift tents, while the Chinese will still be living in apartments.
    But with all his wealth as with all the other billionaires, he has the same influence. So why doesn’t he do something about crumbling roads, bridges in need of repair, broadband services for remote communities? At least he could campaign against monopolies being granted to the incumbent telco, or private corporations blocking the construction of community owned wi-fi networks.

    The above is only partially correct. The Nazis did persecute all those whom they deemed to be racial “inferiors,” predicated upon Nazi/Malthusian ideology and Medical Eugenics. To the contrary, as Georgetown History Professor Carroll Quigely explains in his 1,350 page economic treatise TRAGEDY & HOPE…

    By 1933, “Control of the police administration,” had been, “conferred on Hermann Goring. The Nazis already held through, through Wilhelm Frick, control of the Reich Ministry of Interior and thus of the national police powers. Thus Hitler, by February 7th, had control of the police powers both of the Reich and of Prussia.

    Using this advantage, the Nazis began a twofold asault on the opposition. Goring and Frick worked under a cloak of legality from above, while (militant gay pederast) Captain Rohm in command of the Nazi Party storm troops worked without pretense of legality from below.     Human nature does not allow a free market to exist the way libertarians want it to. There will always be corrupt greedy men that define the “free market ” in new ways that suits them to gain more at the expense of the planet and fellow man.
    The very idea that under a “free market” people can privatize the commons (air, water, other natural resources essential to every human animal) is nothing but agreed nonsense.
    Soros may not be correct in many aspects but in openly attacking the mythical “free market he is right on the mark.
    Next time you wonder why you family is being poisoned with chemicals in your air and drinking water or why you local water supply is being stolen, bottled and resold by giant corporations just know that another man says its because its his right to make a profit doing so under the so called free market.

    You are correct msujibboo. This is very typical of the Watson brothers to take actual quotes and then spin it in the same article to try and paint it in a sinister light. It is also typical for the bloggers here to read the headline then run away with assumption. I enjoy the articles here but always take them with a grain of salt. The Watson brothers do more harm to the Truth than good with their blatant yellow journalism. Most of the readers lap it up like warm milk. If the only tool you have is a hammer….

    Communism is an ideal form of government for the elite, there are no boards of arbitration or collective bargaining, no social services of any kind. You play the game according to the rules of the Soros’es and the Rockefeller’s. In the past Communism was used to gain support for the involvement of US troops for the Koran and Vietnam war, now the political climate of the country has changed communism is now displayed as an efficient means of government by the same scumbags that used it to Bring America into war. Soros praises the success of China from the point of view of the top 5% but he doesn’t tell you about the other 95% that work like dogs, yet live in poverty then are thrown into the street when they have out lived their usefulness to the state………………………………………………………
