NATO voiced concern on Saturday about reports of civilian deaths in a coalition air strike near Brega as rebels claimed victory in the battle for the key Libyan oil town.

The chief rebel spokesman told reporters that coalition warplanes had killed 13 people, four of them civilians, in an air raid some 15 kilometres east of Brega on Friday.

“Thirteen dead, seven injured by friendly fire. It was a regrettable occurrence,” Abdulhafiz Ghoga said, calling them “unintentional deaths.”

“The leadership is working on preventing a re-occurrence,” he added.

Earlier, a civilian rebel official said the dead civilians were an ambulance driver and three medical students from Libya’s second city of Benghazi, the rebel stronghold in the east.

Don’t worry folks! NATO killed four MORE INNOCENT civilians, though they have assured us that they will try not to do that again.

Another bunch of birther/conservacreep bullhockey? Yes, that is! The fact is that they have not ‘opened the border’, they are legitimately realizing that you cannot do anything to keep people from trying to come to the United States for a better life, nor should you.
What you should do is tax any immigrants from Mexico and Canada (make it totally legal for them to come to the United States) under the United States taxes if they are in this country more than 6 months out of the year.

There is no better friend than a battle hardened soldier of fortune, thousands can be recruited and flown to Libya. Electronic ID`s will give them protection from NATO airstrikes, they will quickly hang Gadhafi and his family. After they leave, Libya will be ready for a Democratic government.

Was this attack on Libya planned back in the ’90′s? I was watching an old sci fi movie, No Escape, which takes place in 2022. The main character Ray Liotta was incarcerated for shooting his CO in Benzaghi, Libya in 2011. Wierd coincidence, or has this invasion been in planning for years?
